Wafra Partners is a private equity firm that seeks to invest in and build successful middle-market companies. Wafra targets industries in which it has relevant experience with particular interest in specialty services, niche manufacturing, and consumer-driven businesses. The firm invests $5 to $30 million of equity per transaction in companies with enterprise values between $20 and $150 million for control acquisitions and recapitalizations, expansion, industry consolidations, corporate divestitures, and co-investments with financial and strategic investors. Wafra targets companies with revenues of $20 million or more and EBITDA of $4 million or more. Wafra currently manages approximately $28 billion in assets and commitments in a variety of asset strategies from Strategic Partnerships to Consulting Services.
