The firm invests in established companies where additional capital and operating resources can accelerate growth, targeting the industrial and business services sectors with a focus on aging infrastructure trends. The four sectors of investment are generally categorized as Industrial Products, Industrial Services, Building Services, and Business Services. WEP invests in growing companies with $5-$30 million of EBITDA in the form of buyouts and recapitalizations. Target an investment size of $25-$100 million in each platform.
