Wellspring Capital Management, founded in 1995, is a leading middle-market private equity firm that manages more than $3 billion of private equity capital. Wellspring has the flexibility to complete transactions ranging from $50 million to as much as $2 billion in total value. Wellspring's first fund was launched in 1995 with $85 million and in 2011, the firm raised its fifth fund with $1.2 billion. Since the launch of its initial program in 1995, Wellspring's fund size has grown by over 14 times. Wellspring's target size is $100 million- $1 billion in Enterprise Value and $20 million -$100 million in EBITDA.
