For over 40 years, Westin has owned and operated various food related business throughout the United States and Europe. The Westin family acquired Feaster Foods in 1968 and added numerous acquisitions over the years. Scott Carlson is Chief Executive Officer of Westin Capital Group and is on the Board of Directors for Bellevue University, Monogram Food Solutions, the SEAL Family Foundation, a member of the Chief Executive Officer's Organization and a Trustee of the University of Nebraska Foundation and member of the Chief Executive Officer's Organization.
