Willowridge Partners, Inc. is a leading independent investment manager dedicated to the purchase of interests in venture capital, buyout, mezzanine and other private equity funds from existing investors seeking liquidity. Since 1995, Willowridge has completed over 600 transactions and acquired stakes in over 2,000 separate funds. Willowridge manages approximately $2 billion of committed capital focused solely on private equity secondaries. The most recent fund, Amberbrook V LLC, was closed in 2008. The firm has acquired positions from a broad variety of sellers, including public and private pension funds, corporations, foundations and university endowments, as well as individuals. While the focus is primarily on purchases of older, smaller partnership interests, the firm has the capacity to commit to larger transactions. Willowridge is flexible with respect to fund vintages and transaction size, having purchased stakes from both U.S. and international sellers.
