Wilmington Investor Network (WIN) is a private equity fund of Angel investors located in Wilmington, North Carolina that provides capital to early-stage companies in eastern North and South Carolina. Membership is comprised of investors from all areas of business who are interested in high-growth companies' investment return potential. WIN's investors focus on technology, biotechnology, and medical device companies, but will consider other business ventures with high-return potential. WIN meets monthly and may have one or two companies that present to the membership. WIN's members aggregate their investments, which generally amount to $200,000 to $500,000 in an individual investment round. Members of WIN must pay a $1,000 membership fee.
