Founded in 1999, iNetworks' investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through a diverse portfolio of investments, principally through a series of targeted, differentiated funds. The iNetworks BioOpportunity Fund is currently in the fund raising stage and targeting a fund size of $100 million (up to a maximum of $150 million). The Fund is a venture capital fund primarily seeking investments in the healthcare, biomedical, and life sciences fields. The iNetworks Venture Financial Services (VFS) was originally formed to provide a suite of services to early stage companies, but has since expanded its service level to provide vital financial services to a broad range of companies. The iNetworks executive team has been providing financing and operational expertise in the health care and life science sectors since 1986, completing transactions totaling over $3.4 billion as principals and advisors.
