    Founded in September 1995, Celerity Partners has invested in more than 30 platform companies, including many industry consolidation projects and over 70 acquisitions totaling nearly $3 billion. The firm manages approximately $200 million in equity capital across four funds from investors that include GE Capital, AIG, Allianz, Capital Dynamics and Partners Group. Industries of particular investment interest include: Electronic Manufacturing Services, Safety Products and Services, Outsourced Healthcare Services, IT Services, Document Management/Data Services and Marketing Services. To qualify for an investment, new portfolio companies should have revenues of $10 million or more and an EBITDA ranging from $2 to $20 million, with an EBITDA growth of 10+% per annum.
