    Glickman Capital is a leading private equity firm acquiring majority ownership positions in companies located predominantly in Southern California, but will also consider ideal companies located throughout the Southwestern U.S. The firm specializes in transactions with enterprise values between $5 and $50 million and targets family-owned businesses undergoing generational transfers, management buy-outs, orphaned assets (divisions of larger companies or portfolio companies of private equity firms) and going-private transactions of micro-cap public companies. Glickman Capital does not restrict itself to any industry or type of business but has developed experience in the following industries: niche manufacturing, aerospace, consumer products, food service, brand management, building products, telecommunications, water filtration, specialty chemicals, distribution, trucking, retail, vending and apparel. The firm's target transaction value is between $10 and $50 million, purchasing companies with existing operating cash flow between $1 and $10 million, and annual revenue base of $5-100 million.
