Karlani Capital is a private investment fund founded by Rudy Karsan and several other executives. Karsan is probably most well-known for founding Kenexa, a leading SaaS-based provider of human capital management software that Rudy and a team of talented executives took public in 2005 and sold to IBM in 2012 for $1.3 billion. Karlani invests from early stage to Series A start-ups; however the firm has participated in much later stages. Karlani often invests anywhere from $100k to $2M+ in a round.
