Seidler Equity Partners (SEP) is an investment firm that provides capital to privately-held companies. Founded in 1992, SEP has completed platform investments in a variety of industries and provided capital to support numerous follow-on acquisitions. SEP manages over $2 billion of capital and is investing in middle-market companies through Seidler Equity Partners III, LP, a $250-million fund launched in 2006. Typical financing transactions include: Growth Financing, Family Business and Estate Planning Transaction, Management Buyout, Owner-Operator Recapitalization, and Partner Buyout.
