Seneca Partners provides advisory services, assisting firms in securing senior debt, subordinated debt and/or equity capital necessary to achieve their vision. For select situations, Seneca will provide growth capital directly through Seneca Health Partners, a venture capital fund focused on providing growth capital to companies in the healthcare industry that are located in Middle America. Seneca Health invests in service, product, device and technology companies serving the healthcare industry. Seneca invests in $1 million to $20 million in the form of preferred or common equity and targets firms with revenues of $5 million to $100 million and EBITDA at $2 million to $25+ million. In select situations, Seneca Partners collaborates with experienced executives and management teams to jointly acquire companies with solid growth and investment potential. The firm focuses particularly on businesses in the healthcare, information technology, value-added manufacturing and business services sectors. Seneca has made investments in 12 companies over the last five years with six exited investments.
