Senterra is Family Office with substantial investments consisting of both acquisitions and developments. Senterra manages the assets of Douglas W. Schnitzer and consists of a geographically diverse real estate portfolio including multifamily, industrial/flex office, self-storage, and an international luxury residential development, as well as luxury automotive dealerships and multiple operating companies. Senterra considers investments in multiple real estate projects as well as Healthcare and Biotech, and other disruptive technologies. Mr. Schnitzer, through Senterra, developed the luxury residential community in Los Cabos, Mexico known as Villas Del Mar. The approximately $1 billion development adjacent to the famous One and Only Palmilla Hotel is approximately 95% complete. Villas Del Mar sets the standard for luxury resort living throughout Mexico with over 200 homes ranging from $3 million to in excess of $20 million. Mr. Schnitzer is a founding partner in Park Place Motorcars, which was one of the largest privately held luxury automotive groups in the United States prior to its sale in August 2020. Mr. Schnitzer retained his interest in several dealerships which now operate under the name Avondale Group. Mr. Schnitzer is a member of the Memorial Hermann Foundation Board and the Memorial Hermann Health System Finance Committee.
