    St. Cloud is a private investment firm focused on providing growth capital to lower middle market companies, with over $530 million of committed capital under active management. St. Cloud is currently investing out of its $250 million third fund. St. Cloud typically invests between $3 million - $20 million per transaction in private and public companies with revenues of $10 million - $150 million (and EBITDA, typically, between $2 million and $10 million) across a wide range of industries.
