The Texas HALO Fund I is a Texas Angel sidecar fund powered by the Houston Angel Network and is open to accredited Texas investors. The Fund is interested in early-stage companies, with principal operations in Texas. A prospective company must be organized as a corporation, and must raise at least $150,000 in committed capital from Angels from an organized group, in order to be eligible for consideration by the Fund.
