The Foundry is a medical device incubator for inventors to rapidly transform their concepts into companies. At The Foundry, inventors, entrepreneurs and investors collaborate to bring products through development, regulatory approval and ultimately successful commercial release. Since its inception in 1998, The Foundry has founded and financed over a dozen medical device companies, which have generated in excess of $2 billion of value for their founders and investors. These businesses have generated in excess of $1.0 billion of value for their founders and investors and employ more than 350 people. The Foundry is a 10,000 square foot, full-capability incubator, with resources spanning all functional areas and a fully equipped medical device development facility. The Foundry becomes the new company throughout the critical seed stage. The technical team has over 300 pending and issued U.S. patents during their careers.
